Placing an Order & Payment
To place an order you must complete a form.
If you have an urgent order please call us on 07703 801 734 and we will do what we can to help you.
We do not take payment directly through the website, but once we have received your order form we will send you the necessary details. Payment can either be made by using PayPal or via bank transfer.
We do not process order requests until full payment has been received. Following receipt of payment we require at least 5-7 working days to personalise (if required) and despatch your order.

We provide free local delivery within a 3 mile radius of Slough. There is a charge for delivery across mainland UK.
We cannot specify a time of day for delivery on our free local or standard delivery services. If you require delivery by a certain time, please specify at time of placing an order. We will try our best to accommodate, but it is most likely, an additional delivery charge will be accrued.
During peak periods, such as Eid, Christmas, Valentines Day, Easter and Mothers Day we recommend placing your order earlier to ensure timely delivery.
If your gift is delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or insufficient details being supplied, an additional delivery charge may apply to redirect/redeliver the gift and may also cause delay in delivery.
In the event a delivery is not made on a specified date we cannot offer a refund.
Refunds
In the event of damage please contact us and we will do our best to rectify the situation. Please note personalised gifts cannot be returned or refunded.
